Miss Solum, our nurse, has been mend- ing cuts and bruises here at Harding for seven years. Considered a swell friend by Harding students, Miss Solum listens to students tell of their various ailments and always seems to have time to listen to and discuss personal problems. She also gives eye examinations, helps doc- tors with the athletic examinations and, in general, keeps the student body healthy and happy. Mrs. M. Johnson, Mrs. N. Erickson, Mrs. W. King. GUIDANCE COUNSELORS. . . This year we have been privileged to have three excellent guidance counselors. Mr. Terry has entered this year to help in their work of giving aptitude and I.Q. tests, of helping students with their prob- lems relating to college entry, program schedules, as well as other personal prob- lems. The patience and helpfulness of these three fine people has prevailed throughout and made us realize that they are true friends of the student. 'TY Miss J. Solum OFFICE CLERKS . . . The office clerks have the never ending task of keeping records of the students. For future reference, the clerks have kept files on all students since the first gradu- ating class at Harding. Absentees are checked and accounted for in the office also. An average grade for each student, is figured at the end of each school year, from the records kept of previous years.
