The wisdom gaThered Through The age-long evoluTion oT human social experience has proved insuTTicienT To solve iusTly and harmoniously The problems which now press so urgenTly Tor soluTion. ln consequence The old economic order and The prevailing poliTical pracTices are ap- parenTly on The eve oT momenTous and Tar reaching changes. WhaT Tomorrow may bring TorTh no one can surely Tell, buT ThaT iT will be radically diTTerenT we may be assured. Hence The challenge To youTh, hence also youTh's TesT and youTh's opporTuniTy. To grapple wiTh The adverse Torces which are encounTered in any advance inTo The economic arena There will be needed a combinaTion oT courage, deTerminaTion and Training never beTore equalled.
