Neither words nor pictures can fully capture the meaning of Harding High School, for being a Prexy means some- thing different to each individual. Every year brings the routine of classes and study and the competition, leadership, service, and social events of student life. Yet, individual memories of Harding are formed by couples, crowds, deep friend- ships, the C.P. novel not quite completed, the term paper finished at 3:00 A.M., the pizzas and Cokes shared after games, and the moments of solitude sought at the Harding Memorial or Indian Mound. This year's Quiver staff has sought to interpret and present Harding High through the medium of music-the pop rock heard at Co-ed and parties, the marches and tight songs of pep assemblies and games, the traditional Homecoming Sweetheart Song, the show tunes and classical numbers played by the orchestra, Starduster jazz, inspirational presentations of A Cappella choir, and the measured dignity of Commencemenfs Pomp and Circumstancef' This, then, is Harding through music, The Quiver '65 . They were expecting us. Diversified Cooperative Train- ing Class: Row 1-B. Mc- Kensey, G. Abrams, S. Caudill Mr. Liggett. Row 2-P. Emery C. Hitt, T. Hoch. Row 3-D Hertenstein, L.
