HD ECDM NG SAFARI STYLE Homecoming 1981 was a very exciting week for those who participated in the various activities. Since the theme this year was Iungle - The Lion's Pride , the dress-up days consisted of Iungle Animal Day, Safari Day, Nostalgia Day, and Red, White, and Blue Day. A lot of hard work was obviously put into the skits, halls, and floats. The climax of the week was the pep rally where the Seniors, with their jerseys, hats, and pompoms, gave it their all to win the spirit stick. During the halftime at the game, it was announced that the Sophomores had won the overall competition and the half day out of school. It was such a close contest that the administration decided to award the Seniors and the Iuniors a half day out of school also because of their hard work. All in all, Homecoming was a huge success that resulted in bringing everybody closer to their friends as well as to their class. Homecoming
