SUPERINTENDENT’S MESSAGE The nature of our times makes us hesitate to speak words of advice, as the Class of 1966 leaves high school. We adults even, are fumbling for some superior wisdom to guide us through this strange era, which seems as dangerous as the war-filled past. We are thankful for the daring spirit, self-reliance, and hopefulness of youth--good weapons totake with you on the uncertain path ahead. We have faith, too, that the advantages of school life, the learning and the play, the chance to appraise your own powers, will give you strength, courage, and a willingness to serve.
