In their hands is responsibility for making and enforcing regulations necessary for unity among students and faculty. The Council's aim is to deal fairly with those Who have difficulty in adjusting to school life. The Council also encourages the student to act in accordance with good group standards-the forwarding of school spirit and general helpfulness.
