Student Council There will he a Student Council meeting in the lounge. Every Tuesday night the same announcement is given and then the student body wonders what measures will he taken for the careless girl who forgot her rules. Every petty crime committed is talcen up before the girls chosen to represent the student lnody. Each house chooses a girl lor her character and her integrity: these girls are hound lay their consciences and their hearts when it comes to making a report. They want to he our friends as much as we want to be theirs, hut unless we comply to the relatively simple and uncomplicated rules, we must accept a penalty. This year the student body has been fortunate to have as head of its inde- pendent government, Nancy Parker and Nancy Lewis. These girls have played a great part in keeping our spirits up and have proved themselves capable officers worthy ot our highest praise and loyalty. Nancy' Parker ..... .....
