HEY, m: A SENIOR! Hey, look at me- rllm a SENIOR! The Flrst day of school I sort of wandered around in a mob of underclassmen. trying to pick out faces I knew. I didnlt have too much luck. Nobody noticed me, eitherwl was just a face in the crowd. I felt like shoutingi Hey, look at me-Ilm a SENIOR! I had a few minor technicalities in my schedule that first day of school. It seemed like everybody was paying for the computerIs mis- takes. Meanwhile a lot of students were saying Hey.100k at mehllm a SENIOR! The worst thing was going through the halls and not knowing anybody. When I wasa fresh- man. I knew practically everybodyls name in the whole school! For some strange reason, freshmen can do that but seniors canlt. Person- TONYA LYNNE ADDAIR: Senior women 4: Red Cross 4; FHA 4. DIANE MARIE ANDERSON: Red cross 3,4; FI-IA 4; Senior women 4. Some- times I get tired of saying Hey.1ook at meellm a SENIOR! My friends say that the year is going by fast, but for me itls :1 steady tempo. I donlt regret this year, nor any of the others Ilve spent here When you come right down to it. I got the education I needed and I learned some things. too. llve always felt the people at Harbor were something specialga little more open than those at other high schools. And not every high school has its Mr. Huffs or Mrs. Edeburns. either. Yet 1 donlt regret leavinggllm ready to go out in life on my own, probably go to col- lege, then fmd a job. As much as I love Harbor, I canlt wait till the day I can say Hey, look at me-Ilm 3 GRADUATE!
