Just as I am starting a new adventure as the new Superintendent of the Ashtabula Area City Schools, you, too. will soon be entering a new phase of life's adventure for you. Today you have a set of working tools. The condition of these tools depends upon your diligence and success during the past twelve years. Your school record will stand you in good stead in admission to college or for the Oppor- tunity to be selected for a good job. After your admission to college or your employment, you will start a new re- cord. This new record will be depend- ent upon your attitude, your ambition, and your ability to continue your growth and development. Best wishes for your future success and happiness. Musgrave has had extensive experience in both administrative and teaching fields. He and his family came to Ashtabula from Guam, where he was superintendent for three years in the public schools. He also has been mperintendent of Lebanon Exempted Schools in Lebanon, Ohio. He beganhisteaching career in mathematics and sciences at Mount Blanchard, Ohio. Mr. Musgrave coached all sports, including football there.
