JUNIORST On October 7, 1950, the Juniors began their activities for the year by having a bake sale. This project took place at Mihle - thaler's Store during the hours of one and four p. m. For October 9, we planned a wiener roast. All day it rained and we were quite con- cerned over the thought of postponing our roast. Although it was raining in the eve- ning, we had the roast at Wagner's park. A Blue Jean Jamboree took place in our school cafeteria November 10. The pro- gram consisted of square dancing, modern dancing, and cake walks. Refreshments included sandwiches and pop. The Junior Carnival, which had been a yearly event, was not held this year. Our class had candy sales, sold refresh- ments during the games, had roller skat- ing parties, and our Junior play during the second semester. The climax of a season full of events ended withthe Junior-Senior Reception and J-Hop. This page sponsored by THUMB MOTOR gl EQUIPMENT SALES, Bad Axe, and JOHN C. NEEB
