Calendar AUGUST . . . DECEMBER . . . School started. Lots of new kids and teachers! Big mixup about classes. Election of yell leaders, Barbara, Mina Lea and Carol. Everyone attended the fair at Filer. Poor boys had to scrimmage with Kimberly. What happened to your face, Don S.? SEPTEMBER . . . Freshman initiation. Football game with Hey- burn. PTA meeting was hcld in the evening. Whoopeel We beat Hagerman 13-0. Teachers had a party. What happened to your glasses, Miss Head? Oh No! Eden beat Hansen 25-12l Oh mercy! More school! The Freshmen had a skating party. PTA meeting. You'll never guess what happened! We beat Declo 27-0. OCTOBER . . . A good C?J game-Paul beat Hansen, 14-0. Aching backs. Spud harvest. New clothes and money jingling in everyone's pockets. PTA meeting. NOVEMBER . . . School carnival. Shirley Pennington was crowned queen. Classes go rich. Mother and Daughter banquet. Did you notice Mr. Bellon with his apron on? Grade cards. Beware all high-schoolers. Pep Club had a meeting. Big racket in study hall! 7th and 8th grade girls had a slumber party. What a night! juniors had a party. Those sophomores are really going places . . . They had a party. What fun! 23. No school. Goody, goody! Thanksgiving vaca- tion . junior High Jamboree. Eden won. Operetta presented by lst, 2nd and 3rd grades. Cheer leaders, convention at Gooding. Big banquet and lots to eat. Bellon and Thorne went to Moscow. PTA meeting. basketball game with Paul. Oh, No! We lost 6 - 6. Band Clinic in Jerome. Sure was nice. Second day of Band Clinic in Jerome. Junior High lost to Hazelton 45-16. Guess what? We lost another basketball game! Eden beat us, 44-24. .Another loss for the Huskies. Hagerman beat us 38-22. Seniors had a party. And ohl what a party it was! Twin Falls beat our Huskies 34-22. ! junior High has another loss to Greenwood 23-16. Pep Club had a earolling party. Pretty cold out- side, wasn't it? 1511323 cheers, Rah, Rah, Rah! We BEAT Malta .Junior High beat Appleton 27-17. Hurrah! Class parties. Lots to eat. Christmas Program. .Assembly by the Music Department, La, La. Senior Ball. Lots of people. JANUARY . . . .Ohl Murtaugh edged Hansen 47- to 42. Almost, anyhow. .Castleford whoppcd us 41 to 18. Oh dear! . Heyburn beat Hansen. Oh, welll .junior High lost to Eden, 36 to 33. Good game. Hagerman beat our Huskies 33 to 19. junior high u beat Filer, 25 to 13. Roads were so bad they couldn't hold school. How lawful! .We lost again. Declo beat us 65-46. Good game. More fun! Eight students went sleigh-riding. Chili supper at the Bellon's afterward. Had a wonderful time. .What's this . . . no school? The roads were too bad. How sad! .We lost again. Hazelton beat Hansen 53-42. Nice game, bays. Guess what! Well, of course, we BEAT Malta again. This time 40-44. Another loss for the Huskies. Paul beat the Han- sen Huskies 48-37. A win for Junior High. They beat Murtaugh 24-19. Student Body meeting. The freshmen had the pro- gram. Nice program too.

Calendar FEBRUARY . . . MARCH . . . Pep Club sponsors Swcater and Sox dance. Lots ol fun was had by all who attended. Especially jerry P. Oh, gee! Hansen has another loss. Declo beat our Huskies 44-22. The junior High beat Russell Lane 30-28. What a game! We tried so hard! But Murtaugh beat us 40-33. Junior tournament is held in Kimberly. Hansen downs Greenwood. Second night of tournament is held. Filer beat the Hansen Pups. What's happening? Eden beat Hansen, 76-27. Not another one! Oh yes, Castleford downs Han- sen, 45-27. Well, we are trying . . . Heyburn beats Hansen. Sophomores hold annual Sweetheart Ball. Large turn-out. And a lot of last-minute dates. St. Valentine's Day was celebrated by class parties. More fun. A victory for the junior High. They beat Eden. What's this-another one? junior High beat Haz- elton. Sub-District Tournament held in Kimberly. Hansen played Eden the first night and lost. Murtaugh beat Hansen 41-39 which eliminated Hansen from the tournament. The end of basket- ball season. Iunior High came home with a victory from Kim- berlyg score 31-28. Everyone mo ing around the halls dead tired from the basketball, games. Chet P. took two boxes of milk at lunch. Junior High game with Russell Lane. Hansen won. How dreadful! More boring school! PTA meeting. Music directors' workshop in Boise. Workshop continued. Iunior High game with Filer. Hansen won. Seniors have cass party. Finally. 'A' . junior High Tournament held in Eden. .Coach Bellon poked his fist through the trophy case window . . . Clumsyl Tragedy hits grade school . . . Marvin Anderson breaks wrist. PTA fun night. Do you know how to play RABBIT? National Assembly. H Club sponsors smoker. Father and Son Banquet at the Grange Hall. .Junior Play, with large crowd. Was a big success. Second night of junior Play draws a huge crowd. Thanks to a wonderful director, Mrs. Be lon. H Club initiation. Dance same night. .Athletic Banquet. Oh that food! 26. Seniors have a cake walk. Made lots of money. 28. Newspaper convention at Pocatello. APRIL . . . got of jokes pulled. Wonder why? April Foo1's ay. Freshmen hold box social. H Club boys not in school. Wonder where they went? Motor Vu opens-so that's where everybody went! PTA meeting. Seniors give class play. hvlltlt a comedy! National Assembly . . Two more weeks of school. Sophomores have a party. More fun. .juniors ditched school-water was fine. . Baccalaureate. .Juniors treat mighty Seniors to a breakfast. Seniors hold Class Day. .The long-awaited day finally arrived. Graduation!
