DEDICA TION The 1982 REVONAH is dedicated to Mrs. Genevieve Virtue, who began teaching remedial reading in Hanover Community School in 1966 and remained until 1980. A graduate from Hanover, Mrs. Virtue attended Wheaton College, Wheaton. Illinois, for two years from 1933-1935. She also taught at Eureka School, Stockton township from 1935-1938. From 1938-1940 Mrs. Virtue taught at Lost Mound School in Hanover Township. Any spare time she had from teaching was spent studying courses at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois. For ten years while her children were growing up, she spent time being a substitute teacher. Mrs. Virtue has since retired from teaching and remains active and up to date with our school and community. We wish you the best of everything and thank you for all your support and hard work. 3
