PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE Congratulations to the Class of 1981. The commencement day you have been waiting for has arrived. All of us in our school have just completed another successful year. Many of the things you were worried about in Sept., Nov., and Feb. are long gone. The Seniors can reflect on their years in school and all their memories they will cherish for life. I would ask that the graduating Seniors always maintain a deep respect and love for your family, church, school and community. These are the things that are dear and near to all of us in our way of life. Respect yourself, as you are a person of great dignity, and the way you view yourself will determine your life's fulfillment. God Bless all of you. Mr. Murphy SUPERINTENDENT'S MESSAGE Each second we live is a new and unique moment of the universe, a moment that never was before and will never be again. As young adults you are like these moments. You are unique. In all the world there is no other person exactly like you. In the millions of years that have passed, there has never been another person like you. You have the capacity for anything. As you leave Hanover High School, do not cheat yourself from reaching the potential that lies within you. Make big plans, then work and strive to make those plans a reality. It has been a pleasure to have been associated with you and to have been part of your education. Congratulations and best of luck to a group of unique people. Mr. Hammer 11
