DEDICATION “A Wonderful Tribute to a Dedicated Man” For 15 years, Mr. Art Leidenger has served his school and community as the Head Custodian of our Institution valued at more than 1 million dollars. Many people say, a school is as good as its custodian. Art has performed his job well, for our school is rated EXCELLENT. We take this opportunity to extend the appreciation of many for the ser- vice he has rendered our school system, and to DEDICATE the 1970-71 Revonah to Mr. Art Leidenger.

 A MOMENT OF YOTITH a moment to laugh .... and raise your eyes to the stars to hear the cold wind blow outside and feel a raindrop on the palm of your hand. and a moment to stop .... and watch a sunbeam dance across your desk to think long, long thoughts and sigh at the years to come. and a moment to be strong and sure .... but also uncertain and a little afraid. but only for a moment .... .... a moment of youth. Youth is a fleeting moment of joy in the morning of our lives, a moment quickly felt, stubbornly endured, and totally cherished. ’ This is the time when we try to catch life; for youth, catching life is not difficult. His moment offers unlimited opportunities to learn about life. We find new fields of interests through our daily studies. Everywhere we go, we sense the importance of friendship. After school we exper- ience the satisfaction of fullfilling our responsibilities, whether through our work on the football held, in the yearbook office, or at the corner store. Many of us will be back next year to ponder our questions, endure our problems, and cultivate new friendships. Others of us will leave Hanover to undertake greater responsibilities, experience new challenges and increase our understanding of the world in which we live. But we will never forget this year at Hanover High School, this fleeting acquaintance with sunshine and rain, dewdrops and frost—this .... Jtrs Moment of Youth. 2
