Pearl Murphy, Jean Speer, and Karen Theisen are three of the high school cheer- leaders . Most of our money this year was made from magazine sales and food stands at games. We are looking forward to our class play and the prom. We wish the Seniors of 1958 health, happiness, and hundreds of other things.

« Senior Class History In September of '46 we entered first grade. There were thirty three eager little students just waiting for school to start. Our teacher was Mrs. Anna Greeley. We whizzed through second grade and in the third grade we were taught to write instead of printing. Miss Vera Graves was our fourth grade teacher. Many students showed their talents in band. Well, we made it through sixth grade and now we are in Junior Highl Mrs. Myrtle Keene was our seventh grade teacher. Now it is eighth grade with Mrs. Edith Morrison as our teacher. At last, High Schooll We are already thinking of ways to make money for our Senior trip. We made most of our money from selling magazines, bake sales, chili suppers and record dances. Now that we are Green Freshmen we had to go through our Freshman initiation. We're glad when that was over. Mrs. Sally Priessig was our Sophomore advisor. We placed second with our float in the parade at Homecom- ing this year. During our Junior and Senior year, Mr. Richard Thompson was our advisor. He directed our Junior play which was You Can't Take It With You . At all the home basketball games in our Junior year we sold re- freshments . During our Senior year we presented our play which was Good Night, Ladies directed by Mrs. Edith Mor- rison. The latter part of our last year we sold candy bars to help raise money for our trip. During our years in high school, we are proud to have had Bill Leidinger and Lynn Fleming on the basket- ball team when we won the tournament for two years. Jeane Schuster has been a cheerleader for three years and Homecoming attendant along with Judy Patterson in our Senior year. Judy Patterson also was chosen D.A.R. award winner. We will always look back at the many happy years which we enjoyed at Hanover High School. I
