NORNIR QQ Senlor Class Hlstory ,Ziff cj N the fall of l920 there came through the portals of our girls, Q, Alma Mater a strange loolclng collectlon of lnfants and X If others That odd lOOkll'1g assortment was none other 0 N, than the class of l924 In lts lnfancy time but then all good thlngs must have a bevlnnvng That frrst year we were as green as any other class that had gone before or has followed slnce However we soon I U adopted the colleglate O alrs and became assets to Hanover lllgh Belng a true and model class, athletlcs played not a small part ln that our Freshmen year By the tlme school opened 1n l92l, we were really a class and ready to organvze This we dmd by electing the followrng officers president Edward Sheely Vree President Annette Bargelt Secretary, Helen Slagle Treasurer Louls Carver Ilrstorlan, ohn Sheffer The class even then wanting to be dlfferent had one of xts members deslgn the class seal Carver was the hero of that hour We next took unto ourselves the stlrrlng class colors of cr1mson and whxte Our class standards were not lowered bv our showlng m athletlcs durlng our second year Our Sophomore year as well as the Freshman year ended wlth a class plcnlc at camp In our umor year thlngs really began to take form As you all know the umor year IS a year of asslstlng There are the asslstant managers of the varlous sports and the asslstants for the Orange and Black In all these llnes we dld our best whlch we wlll never have reason to be ashamed of In class football that year we cleaned up the Semors lflass of l923 Accordlng to custom, but wlth a bug dash of orrgrnallty, we held a umor Prom Some prom a success rn every way except well thxs 15 no place to talk about hrgh flnance However, the junlor year ended Wlth the same Camp outlng as the two PICVIOUS years Ezghteen 77 a N e s s arm 5 - ' v s WJ lx . .
