vs as -T - 1944 HIGH SCHOOL CHORUS The High School Chorus for the current year is made up of a well balanced group of thirty-one students who have shown an excellent spirit for work and cooperation. Their public appearances have been areatly appreciat- ed by their audiences. Twelve members of this organization participated in the State Choral Festival at Indianapolis last October and the entire group enjoyed the trip to the Spring Festivial at Milan on March 17. The Christmas Concert at the Presbyterian Church and the Patriotic Musical were among their other entertainment during the season, and the Baccalaureate and Commencement Exercises for the High School closed the year's work. BOY'S GLLE CLUB The Boy's Glee Club, consisting of twelve members, was organized this year and has added new life to the choral work in the Music Department. The excellent work done by this group has been well received by the public. The high school was very proud of their appearance at the District Choral Festival at Milan at which time they sang 'Winter Songn by Frederick Bullard HIGH SCHOOL ORCHESTRA The High School Orchestra is a popular organization that has given various programs throughout the year. The appearance of this group at the Christmas Concert at the Brown Gym at Madison, and at the County Teucher's Luncheon was especially well received. one of our violinists, Bill Huber, has done excellent solo work which has been greatly appreciated by the entire student body as well as the public. Hanover High School was very proud of his solos at the District Festival at Milan.. 34 JUNIOR ORCHESTRA The Junior Orchestrau-Who are they? Well-4just you wait and see!
