.blplslf MEL ANG E THE MELLNGE This is the first time in the history of Han- over High School that an annual was edited. The Seniors of 1940-41, a talented and original class made plans for the annual the first of the school year. However, credit should also be, given to underclassmen. Much of the' literature for the annual was written by Juniors, Sophomores etc. The Seniors appreciated their help. The name, Melengg, was suggested by Nancy Hyatt, a Jolly mUHH1or, and the Seniors accepted her suggestion. Melange means a mixture, and it was thought to be well-suited for the annual. THE SPO'Il.-IGI-I'I' The S otliqht is published once every two weeks by tge students of Hanover High School for all the friends and students of Hanover.
