Dedication Over the years, the students of T.L. Han- na have had the privilege to study and leam under the leadership of Mrs Winnifred Browne. Not only does she offer her stu- dents a vast knowledge of biology, but she also instills a sense of accomplishment and pride in each of them. Mrs. Broume challenges her students to become more independent and sure of themselves when making decisions. Through this practice, she teaches them to believe in themselves and prepares them for their collegiate years. Mrs. Brovme is held with the highest re- spect among the student body. Perhaps the pride with which she presents herself to her students has helped her to have a lasting effect upon them. Also, it is appar- ent to everyone who comes into contact with her that she expects no more out of students than she does from herself. Aside from academics, Mrs. Brovsme is active in extra-curricular activities by advis- ing the Astra Club. It is with honor and pleasure that the 1987 edition of Tidings is dedicated to Mrs. Winifred Browne, a most deserving and impressive faculty member. Mrs. Browne cruises down the Rhine River on a trip to Europe in the summer of 1985. She chaperoned a group of Hanna Students. gif' W fwfw L E 5 Mrs. Browne instructs David Hill during her fifth period class and makes science fun for David Hill him. 104lAcademics
