This year new members of the Dramatics Club were selected on the basis of try-out performances. Each of the five officers led a group in the presentation of a play or skit at the meetings. All members were encouraged to participate in school plays and productions in order to receive the number of points for induction into the international Thespian Society. The Dramatics Club also promoted the advancement of drama in our school and community as they endeavored to become confident in their own talents. Performing at football games, pep rallies, and parades, the band kept spirits high. The band was fortunate to win first place in the Greenwood Christmas parade, and also was honored to have played at the Shrine Bowl and the Governor's Inauguration.
