Key Club The Key Club is a school service organi- zation sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Anderson. lt is made up of individuals se- lected on the basis of faculty recommenda- tion in areas such as leadership, ability and attitude. Some of their service projects the first semester were serving as waiters for the Kiwanis Club pancake supper, speaking to the Kiwanis Club itself on problems fac- ing Anderson's youth, and securing and decorating a Christmas tree for the resi- dents of the Doctor's IVlemorial Nursing Home. The second semester, the group joined a tape club and began buying tapes for the schooI's tape player in the cafeteria. The biggest project of the year was a light bulb sale to get funds for a dance in lVlay, to which prospective new members were in- vited. lt was one of many successful years for the Key Club of T. L.
