Our Carnival Queen Candidates never came in first but we worked very hardto get where we did. Asfreshmen and sophomores our candidates, Marjorie Schultz and Orva Arndt came in last. As juniors and seniors our candidates, Jo Ann Willert and Janet Dibbert came in a close second both times. We had more luck with our Homecoming Queens having Jo Ann Kuehl as queen in our junior year and Donna Jentz reigning over the grid in our senior year. Prom provedto be the excitement of our junior year. A banquet was given in honor of the seniors and was supposed to have been the best in the his- tory of H.H.S. The Tempo Kings provided the music for the dance. In the beginning of this year we presented Wwe Shook the Family Treen, a comedy directed by Miss Gorman, it was a huge success.
