The football season was very successful in the sense of giving varied kinds of experience. lVlany people proved themselves capable and gave indication that f-I future Hanford Falcon football teams will be very representative in the mid-valley league. iACQJ JiSlCCQUl iivsfiw Coach Shen, with the help of returning hoofers Steve Skinner, Greg Kiser, Gary Galbraith and Mike McGough really molded a fantastic C-C team this year. Losing only one out of eleven meets la narrow loss to Wapatol the Falcon Roadrunners stepped into district, stomping on all but one team in their path. They were on to state after pulling in an easy second place atdistrict behind Wapato. Though Wapato took first 0 at district and fourth at state, it was Hanford's Steve Skinner who became District Champ and led the team to a commendable sixth place at the state meet.
