Miss Bishop graduated from Harden Junior College .and then went to the University of Missouri where she received her Bachelor of Arts de- gree. Later she went to New York where she attended Columbia University and earned a Master of Arts degree, majoring in mathematics. Miss Bishop has played an important part in the lives of many of the students at Hancock by giving them a thorough education in the field of mathematics.
