We entered junior high Wlul great expectations, and by our freshman year were ready to be 1nit1ated. We also had the honor of having our queen candldate, Gloria Koehl, become Homecomlng Queen In our sophmore year we were ln charge of the program and party on award n1ght We entered our junior year wlthenthusiasmfor our flrst class play, '1et's Face lt,' selectlng our class r1ngs, working on our Junlor-Senior Banquet, and also the prospects of having another Homecomlng Queen, whlch we dld, Arlyce Chr1stopherson All too soon for some and none too soon for others, our senlor year came around This was our busiest and most eventful year. Our f1rst b1g event was honecomlng and the elect1on of our Homecomlng Queen, Duane Heltner In November we enjoyed a day in Norris fo help 1n decid1ng our careers on Career Day We recelved our class p1ctures, went to Mlnneapolis for a day of fun on sk1p day 1n April, and gave our senlor class play, UThe Bus Stops Here' Ma We enjoyed award nlght, the party, and the Junior-Sen1or Banquet to the utmost, and were all a little sad when graduation day flnally arrlved on May 29 we snall never forget our school days, and school fr1ends in good old Hancock High ,J 13 X ' .
