As you reach one of the milestones of life, graduation from high school, I congratulate you. I urge you to set future goals which seem, at this point in time, beyond your means. This may be one definition of dreaming. I wish you the best as you strive to achieve these dreams. Much hard work and some luck will keep you on your course and you may be surprised to learn that the final rewards may not be the grand achievement of the dream but in having lived the kind of life required to make the dream come true. It has been, for me, a satisfying and rewarding experience knowing and working with the Senior “CLASS OF 1983. Carl F. Schrader TO THE CLASS OF ’83 As this year draws to a close, each of you will embark on a new but exciting journey to develop your talents. I en- courage you to achieve your highest goals and follow your dream. No one can predict your future, except you, be- cause you are truly unique. There is not and never will be another person like you. Each individual needs to develop a good self-concept in order to be successful. . This is not easily attained because our self-concept changes each day as we learn more about ourselves throughout life. As each of you strives to realize your maximum poten- tial, you will do more than develop yourself, you will also develop an increased capacity for the quality of life you live.
