.YQ FOREWORD As our theme we have chosen educational television. This was chosen as the workings ot a television station and a school run parallel in many cases. Educational television covers many ot the fields our schools do. Through educational telee vision, so much can be expressed: new fields can be touched upon and understood. Both educational television and our schools try to bring their viewers and students in contact with as many fields as possible. Another ot our ties with educational television is evident at WQED, the country's first community sponsored educational television station. Some ot our teachers and many students have been featured on programs thereg one even had a weekly program for more than a year. We hope this theme adds color and enjoyment to our TALBOT, in your trip through HTHS-TV. lm
