Besides learning the eltects ot lighting and various techniques, its members learn to develop their cvvn pictures. The Key Club, more or less, plays this role in our school. This year, when student traffic in the halls became snarled, the club sponsored the sotety patrol to control the tlow and direct it. A service organization, the Key Club is directly attiliated with the Kiwonis Club ot Hompton Township. Only those students tram the Senior High School ranking in the upper third ot the class and who are in good standing with their teachers are eligible tor membership. 4-1 Sv All-l Ddll Gamma Bet a Kappa Gamma Beta Kappa Business Girl's Club was organized primarily to better acquainted the student with the business world. Outstanding speakers in the business field were contacted, Interesting trips to the Allegheny County Courts were arranged. Then there were the purely social activities. A gala Christmas party where we exchanged gifts, a tea dance after school and a good picnic completed our social calendar tor the year. arsinq ab The nursing club consists ot young girls who wish to enter the nursing profession, In their meetings, which are every Wednesday during activity, the members discuss and practice some ot the arts of nursing. By taking trips to different hospitals, they are better able to choose the one they would like to enter. Since the need for nurses is so great, the club has been growing rapidly in size. Miss Glass, our school nurse, is the sponsor ot this club. f' .
