Productive Tide S tudents are constantly changing, similar to the flow of the tide. It seems that more and more students are following the trend of having a part-time job. The Peninsula provides many opportunities for young students to earn money. Many students use this income to save for their future education, while others use it for social activi¬ ties. Several fast-food res¬ taurants and department stores are available for the ambitious students seeking employment. Jobs provide not only a steady flow of cash, but also they prepare the student for future responsibilities in the “adult world.” Overall, working students are more mature, responsi¬ ble, and better prepared for life after high school.
