PECIAL EVE T and C RRICULUM As we enter the doors to school, we are enter- ing a world of knowledge and perpetual learn- ing. But the curriculum is not the only advan- tage Hampton High School offers - there are the extra special activities which are so im- portant to all of us. Among these are the scholastic competitions in which outstanding stu- dents participate. However, academic achievements are only part of our special events -- there are the social activities, too. And among these is the highlight of the basketball season - the coronation of Homecoming Queen. ' These special events are vitally important to every one of us, for without them, school would soon become the monotonous activity it was not meant to be.
