Dick came to Hampton in his third year and at once became deservedly popular. He has proved to be an exceptionally good actor and has won admiration from boys as well as girls. She is on the road to great heights in the journal¬ istic world. A. B. Well you just don’t know what you’re missing. But it wouldn’t do you much good for that far away look in her eyes tells of a certain blond in the Philippines. If you haven ' t met Virginia you’ve missed the treat of your life. Some say she is dignified, but her friends do not find her so. She also tried to leave with us the impression that she is a man hater. Ava is an all round favorite in school. She is one of the star dancers of Hampton Lligh. In her flower garden she pays special attention to her sweet Williams. She is always jolly and in a good humor, and has gained many friends among the student body. MELVIN M. CARMEL “Ike” French Club, ‘32; Football, ’32; Track, ’31, ’32. Melvin is our big football guard. He is learn¬ ing to box, and is also proving us his ability as a saxophonist. This lucky combination will surely aid him in his iuture work.

If there’s a boy in school that Eleanor couldn’t like it must be the writer, and the reason for that is the fact that she doesn’t like to be talked about. Her jokes keep up the school spirit.
