Cooch Chopmon The boy's Varsity basketball ream starred off the 1982- 80 season by winning the Hermon-DeKalb pre-season by beating 5t. Regis Falls and Canton. We also participated in the Christmas tournament at General Drown and finished second; losing to Belleville. As members of the Northern Athletic Conference Division III. we finished the season with a record of 14 wins and 2 losses, which left us as Co- Champions with Lisbon. In sectional ploy, we were Sec- tion X, Class D1 Champions. We bear Knox-Memoriol and St. Regis Foils bur lost by 3 points to Edwards in the final gome. Total season record was 19 wins ond 4 losses. My Varsity ream gave me great coaching pleasure by being very unselfish, very coochoble, dependable ond by ploying os o ream. They were ALL ALL-STARS ond MOST VALUABLE PLAYERS to me.
