Laune W Leads Piper Band The John Philip Sousa Award goes to an outstandin senior band member. Laurie Willingham is definite worthy of this award. She has been a member of the Pipe Band for 5 years. She was a member of the flag corp as a freshman. Besides traveling to Austin as a membe of the State flute quartet for three years, she also wo many awards while in the stage band. She receive numerous other honors for her musicianship. Her senic year, Laurie served as band president. The 1979 80 Band officers are Shannon Hinkle librarian Gayla Bockmon, reporter: Stephanie Haught, secretary: Laurie Willingham, president Todd Marshall vice president LaEtta Sclfres librarian.
