Q g l, l P Saunas oem Introducing the 13 seniors of l95h You've heard this beginning in days of yore, In the following lines we'll try to give, A preview of the seniors in the lives they will live. Larry, always so speedy and on the ball, He thought racing was his final call, Almost ended his days in a wooden crate, He was so very sure he could beat that poky freight Nancy wanted to be an actress Great producers she wished to impress, While on the set she chanced to meet a millionaire, Now she's a lucky girl, without a care Darlene Ingwerson was a smart one they say, With the short, short hair and the flashy way, An American soldier blew in with the gale And now she's married to dear little Dale. Virginia decided to be a model in New York, But Morrill was too far from the place of work Then that man, Bailey, made her his own for life, Now the model she is is a model housewife. Dick, an Admiral in Uncle Sam's fleet, Not a more handsome guy could you meet, When he sails, he has a girl in each port, But when he returns it's Mitchell he'll court Kathy with the beautiful brown hair, The sensitive eyes and the loving heart Gay Pareeo That is just the start! Lonnie was a bis awkward lad He had more fun than anyone had His heart between Bev and Kathy was torn, He finally chose Bev, as sure as you're born. Swede, a muscular and handsome guy, To steal a girl's heart he didn't have to try, But he fell in love with a basketball, Poor girls, that was his greatest downfall Kenny standing so tall and straight, I say old chap how do you rate, So far above us there you stand, I stood on a ladder to snake your hand Janice, roaring by in a dark blue car, Racing to the town of Morrill afar, To get her kids out of another jam, why do they have to be so much like Sam? In school Dorothy was so bashful and shy, when embarrassed she'd nearly cry, with those big blue eyes and sparkling blonde hair, Her quiet way won everyone there Rosalie longed to be a schoolteacher , But the man who changed her name was no preacher, Drop in and see her some day, But do it while her brats are away G I - I n She had to sing--it was only fair! I Vern was the school's funny man, For his future he had no definite plan, Now he's raising sheep if you know what I meal, Little nwoolsiesn are now a reality, not a dream. To our Mr Pederson head of our school, He helped us through much and though we may have been fools He said very little and just did hisbest , we'll remember him always not just for his tests Now just a closing word, Although far and wide this poew will go unheard, we hope it will bring m0mOP16S happy and dear, On any day,of any month, of any year To The Graduating Class Of l9Sh, Congratulations HANLIN ELEVATOR HANLIN, KANSAS Grain, Feed, Seeds, and Fertllizer Phone 2231 HE UOR1ILL STlm BANh NSUQ fAfri3y 0 S5000 MEMBEV A Home Bank for Home People Complete Insurance Phone 151 Morrill, K.n SPALDING'S PHARMACY DELMQNICO CAFE THE DRUG .3 ,, sromz Hiawatha Kansas School Books lk School Supplies SPeX1a1CSm3i1:i Dilgrwrs r on one Hiawatha, Kansas ' I , - ' t' .- X L --.. .
