When the school began to lose spirit, the cheerleaders were there with their abundance of spirit and displayed it throughout the school. VVhere would HSHS sports be with- out all the hours the cheerleaders put into boosting the athletic guys morale? . . . Many times they decorated the locker rooms, made special gifts and tried to be there when the guys needed a little extra encouragement.
