Did you ever have one of those days when nothing goes right? The day starts out when your locker gets jammed which causes you to be late to homeroom. Because you have two emergency meetings to attend you can't study for the tests that you have that day. VVhen you get to first period the teacher gives a pop quiz and you find that you've read the wrong chapter. Second period PE, you forget your note so you have to swim anyway even though you have a terrible cold. Third period English exam, you thought it was next Tuesday! Time for lunch and a wonderul surprise. You are so hungry that you forget you're aller- gic to sloppy jois and that's what's for lunch and you break out in hives. Fourth period you decide to go to the clinic because those hives are just driv- ing you crazy, besides you have a geom- etry test over a chapter you didn't understand. Because the clinic can't get ahold of your mother to give you permission to go home and thereis a one hour limit per person in the clinic you are forced to attend fifth period. On your way to class you drop all of your books and folders because you still haven't been able to get your locker open. It's finally sixth period and you figure what else could go wrong. But you get involved in a discussion and you forget your bus. So now you have a two hour wait for a ride home. You think to your- self, VVhat a dragf, Now this may be a little exaggerated of the typical day at HSHS, but if you have ever experienced any of these in- cidents, you would know that it is not uncommon. A day can be a real drag when someone glues a dollar bill to the floor and no one can get it up in one piece. As is shown hy Brian Boone, there are things worse than studying out of a hook.
