Cheerleaders Phyllis Lindamood and Rebecca Russell plead with Royals fans to boost the basketball team on to victory. They were joined by teammates janet Wood and Donna Rushton. Coach Wayne Long's hardwood Royals posted a 6--15 won-lost record for the year with two of his performers, ,Ion Kunkle Qleft, belowj and jack Roudebush earning All-Mid Capital Con- ference honors. Kunkle also was named to the All-Hamilton County squad. Senior Mike Swackhamer fwith ball, belowy was captain of Sheridan in the holiday tourney. the Royals, an honor he held all year in athlet- ics.
