As important as is the book- learning gained in the classroom, so is the application of such knowledge in order that the stu- dent may individually express himself. Progressive strides are taken in creating culture by artists who express their emotions. The development of this expressive feeling begins in the school. New members Tom Weaver, julie Stevens and jim Waterman are required to sign a membership charter, which must be witnessed by a responsible person.
