THE BOBCAT'S CLAW is a realization a dream which has been persistent in the minds of many teachers and students of the Hamilton Park High School. We think it fitting that we culminate the first decade of the existence of the school with the publication of an annual which will depict its history, curriculum, and activities. The school is unique in that it is located within a closeknit community and is therefore a nucleus of community interests as is evi- denced through the activities of the Parent Teacher Association, The Dad's Club, and The Band Parents' Organization. The curriculum include learning experience for junior and senior high school students and also provide for classes in adult education. The extracurricu- lar program is varied so as to meet the needs and the interests of all students. It is our hope that within these pages will be found scenes of events and photographs of friends which will, throughout the years, bring back pleasant memories. As student editor, I wish to express my appreciation to the annual staff and to the faculty sponsors who have labored so diligently and also to the many patrons and advertisers who have cooperated in the publishing of this, THE BOB CAT'S CLAW, Eolus Von Retting, Jr. Student Editor 6
