Under Coach Troxels guidance the program is de- signed to increase strength and to improve athletic abil- ity. To achieve this Troxel has instituted five weight categories and set goals for each to atain. Since its initia- tion this year the weight- lifting program has become a valuable asset to the school as well as to athletics.
