The energetic FI-lA'ers took up the project of supporting two Korean orphans. With this intent, style shows with a variety of themes were staged, and car washes were organized. Mrs. Nason literally ran her FHA girls ragged in preparing dinners and other projects to support their two or- phans. The homemakers managed to have the district FHA Convention at Hamilton, another highlight of the year. jj '33 50

The Speech Club after a good start last year, re- turns with an experienced nucleus. With good depth provided by sophomores and freshmen this looks like a good year for the group. Mr. Wahl, its sponsor, has been working hard with the mem- bers and has arranged for a meet here at HHS. More meets and a larger membership point to a much improved speech group. This year's officers are S. Hefty, Presidentg andj. Biles, Secretary- Treasurer. PEECH CLUB V TH ESPIANS A new spotlight for drama was purchased this year by the Thespians. It has been a great addition to the plays. Their fine work on the plays and oper- etta have helped produce smashing successes at every turn. Next thing we know they'll be writing their own plays! This year's leaders are: B. Kennedy, Presidentg R. Greenup, Vice-Presidentg and S. Case, Secretary-Treasurer.
