Hornet nine attempts to regain cro Coach Kessler is very optimistic about the upcoming season. He has nine re- turning lettermen from last yearfs championship team, and five of these were starters. He figures his biggest problem will be pitching. The loss of three seniors, who won 18 games among them, will be the biggest ad- justment to make. Hopefully, seniors Chris Barlow, Ken Zegarski and jeff Seabridge, along with promising jun- iors and sophs, can plug the gap and keep the county crown at Hamilton. Varsity Baseball Row One: I. The girls are looking forward to a long but successful sea- son. There will be few changes in the infield this year, as many of last year's varsity players are returning. Three of the infielders are three- year varsity players, with the other positions being taken up by players from the lV's. The outfield, which has been a weak spot for many years, will be ably filled by enthusiastic sophs and juniors. In the pitching area, many hope- fuls have been pleasant surprises and should fill the gaps. All in all, this promises to be a good season for the team. Denise Gaug Debbie lvlalkowski WWW fax 'Q .
