Douglas A. Barber Raymond O. Bearce Geraldine J. Bednarski Academic Jerry, a Yearbook Literary Staff member, joined the Personality, Variety, and Typing Clubs, and made the Honor Society. She enjoys music, piano playing, and sketching. As a sophomore Jerry played intramural baseball and entered a window- painting contest. She plans to enter State Teachers College. Noma A. Bell Commercial Sports took up most of Noma's spare time at Hamilton. A four-year member of G.A.A., she played intramural volley ball, baseball, hockey, and basketball, and joined the Checkers, Ping Pong, Sports Appreciation, Knitting, and Secretar- ial Practice Clubs. Noma Will do office work after graduation. Richard C. Bellow General Richard, who was active in intramural sports during his high school career, was a member of the Checkers, Highlights of Sports, and Model Making Clubs. Racing model cars is his hobby. He hopes to be a soil conservationist though he may become a forest ranger. George C. Bendy General George was a member of the Checkers, High- lights of Sports, Variety, and Hunting and Fishing Clubs, and participated in intramural sports. Reading, hunting, and iishing are his hobbies. George's plans for the future are indefinite, but he may join a branch of the service. Marylyn F. Bergen Ernest J. Berrisford Douglas A. Barber Academic Doug, a service-diploma recipient in the class of 1951, returned after two years with the Army in Korea to join our class as a senior. He resumed work in P.S. and D. Club and also joined the Chemistry Club. Doug hopes to study engineering in college. Raymond 0. Bearce General Ray, who came to Hamilton from Junior No. 4, was a member of the Cooking and Checkers Clubs, and was active in football, soccer, and baseball. His hobby is hunting. Ray will go into the Air Force, after which he wants to become an elec- trician. Geraldine J. Bednarski Noma A. Bell Richard C. Bellow George C. Bendy Marylyn F. Bergen Academic Marylyn, who was treasurer of the G.A.A., was active in intramural baseball, volley ball, and after school hockey. She belonged to the Variety and Criterion Clubs, and was an ardent reporter for the paper. Merle will study at Bucknell University to be a real journalist or reporter. Ernest J. Berrisford Academic Ernie, four-year football man, co-captained his team, was a track man and played basketball and baseball. A two-year Criterion Staff member, he belonged to the Varsity H, Ohicials, Arts and Leisures, and the Student Patrol. He will enter the University of Buffalo to study physiotherapy.

Theresa I. Abatto General Theresa, a three-year G.A.A. member, played volley ball and baseball at Hamilton. Terry joined the Embroidery, Between-the-Bookends, Gadget, Knitting, and Ping Pong Clubs and Student Patrol. Terry enjoys collecting popular tune records. After graduation she hopes to be a beautician. John A. Abbott Academic Jack, a three-year band member, participated in intramural sports for four years. He belonged to the Chemistry Club and always went to Canteen. Jack is interested in auto repairs and scouting. He hopes to enter Rutgers University and take up business administration, Jane A. Albertson 2 if A Sally A. Applegate Arthur A. Arena Art, who belonged ZW f it -., ,: ' A fp j A 5 5, Clare E. Ammann Winfred L. Applegate Academic to Highlights of Sports, Checkers, Variety, and Chemistry Clubs, belonged to the Choir, and participated in the operetta. He was active in intramural sports. Art is inter- ested in the Air Force National Guard and intends to study dentistry after graduation. Mary E. Bagby General Mary came to Hamilton as a Sophomore after attending Nathan Hale Junior High School in Brooklyn, New York. She joined Between-the- Bookends, French, and Shorthand Clubs here. Singing, dancing, and roller skating are her hob- bies. Mary plans to enter the U. S. Waves. Theresa I. Abatto John A. Abbott Jane A. Albertson Commercial Jane spent a great deal of time working in the library, and as secretary to Miss Houlroyd and Miss Ely. She was homeroom librarian for three years, played intramurals, and belonged to the Embroidery, Archery, Library, and Secretarial Practice Clubs. Modeling school is her goal. Clare E. Ammann Academic At Kuser Annex Clare was a member of the Dramatic Club. At Hamilton she joined the Gadget and Typing Clubs, played intramural sports as a sophomore and junior, and belonged to the G.A.A. in her senior year. She wants to become a- dental assistant. Sally A. Applegate General Sally came to Hamilton from Cathedral as a senior. While there she was in the operetta and joined the Library, Hobby, and Music Appreciation Clubs. She participated in baseball, volley ball, and basketball. Sally enjoys reading and photo- graphy, and hopes to enter the Waves. Winfred L. Applegate Academic Winfred, Hannibal in the Senior Play, and Chairman of the Finance Committee, belonged to the school orchestra and the Trenton Youth Symphony for two years. Winnie also joined P.S. and D. and Checkers Clubs, and the Student Patrol. After graduation he hopes to enter Lehigh University to study engineering. Arthur A. Arena Mary E. Bagby

Marian E. Bice General Marian participated in intramural volley ball in her freshman year and after school basketball in both her freshman and sophomore years. Among her hobbies are horseback riding and swimming. Marion, a member of the Filter Center, hopes to be a bookkeeper and typist after she graduates. Roger C. Bird Academic Roger, the President of the Canteen Council, was an active member of the Junior Dramatics and the Cooking Clubs. He also played freshman and J. V. soccer. Bodolosky Elizabeth A. Borosh Commercial A homeroom chairman, Gym Class captain, and Canteen Council secretary, Betty also belonged to Variety, Usherettes, and Sock Knitting Clubs. She worked in the Boys' Gym oflice as a junior and a senior. Betty plans to attend Comptometer School or become a clerk-typist. Joyce R. Braker Academic Joyce, Mr. Coursen's right-hand man for three years, belonged to Modern Dance, Red Cross, Criterion, P.S. and D., and Freshman, Junior, and Senior dramatics. She was a homeroom salesman and a squad leader and played hockey, baseball, and volley ball. Joyce plans to be a secretary. Marian E. Bice Roger C, Bird Academic Janet A. Black Janet, a four-year choir member, took part in two operettas. She was twice a squad leader, and twice a Gym Class Captain, and was lst vice-president of G.A.A. senior year. Janet, who played after school and intramural sports, plans to be a physical therapist. Nancy E. Black Commercial Nancy, a member of Between-the-Book-Ends, Variety, Usherettes, and Publicity Clubs, belonged to the G.A.A. and was a squad leader. She was Canteen Council treasurer for two years and also worked for Mr. Kauffman. She plans to enter the secretarial field. C. Lawrence Boaz Commercial Larry, a member of the Student Patrol, the Service Corps, the Choir, and Checkers Club, was active in intramural soccer and football. He took part in an operetta and was a member of the Canteen Council. Larry intends to enter Rider College after graduation. Alexander P. Bodolosky Academic Checkers, Highlights of Sports, Junior Dra- matics, Arts and Leisures clubs, and the Canteen Council all claimed Alex as a member. Active in intramurals, he played Varsity football and soccer. Fishing, gunning, and ice skating are his hobbies. Alex will enter Rutgers or State Teachers College. Elizabeth A. Borosh Joyce R.
