Her hobby is to collect post cards. Cassie hopes to enter New Jersey State Teachers College next fall. Betty Lou Filor Betty Lou thinks chemistry is an ideal sub- ject. It fits in perhaps with the work she does at McKinley Hospital. Her friendly disposition will be an asset when she becomes a real nurse. Thelma Fineberg Academic Dark-haired, dark.-eyed Thelma has been a member of the G. A. A. and the Dramatics groups. She knits as a hobby and works for her father. Next year she will study at Rider College. p Gerald Flesher Academic A doodler with jokes, cartoons, and fooleryg co-author and co-star in corniest Hop ever played on Hamiltonis stage, Jerry collects Dick Haymes' records and is a fast soccer and track man. College is next. -lane Fless Academic Jane's honor marks reflect her interest in her school work. She relieves the tension at times by listening to music. Jane will enter New Jersey State Teachers College to be- come an English and history teacher. Marie Flynn Commercial Friendly and easy-going Marie excels in ping- pong. She also enjoys Spanish, Dramatics, dancing, and all sports. Though vivacious and talkative, Marie plans to attend comp- tometer school in the future. Geraldine Formanek Academic Gerry, a Yearbook staff member, is on good terms with the Honor Roll, and excels in Latin and.Spanish. She enjoys all sports, especially hockey. She plans to enter N.J.C. and become a language teacher. Edward Forsthofifer ACaCl6miC Besides acting as Lady Godivals campaign manager, Ed has been active in sports, hav- ing two years of V. baseball and varsity soccer. He is a member of Senior Dramatics and Criterion Clubs and the wit of '49.

Verna Erick General Verna is the proud possessor of a collection of miniature dogs. She is a member of the Leisure Hour Club. Her future is indefinite, gut if hard Work can get it, success will be ers. Judith Esmay Academic Four years with the Dramatic Club made Judy a fine 'gMrs. Wilkins in the Senior Play. An Honor Society member and Criterion ad- vertising manager and reporter, she should make a success of an advertising career. Phyllis Evans General Phyllis has interests that range from book- keeping to rollerskating. She is a Leisure Hour Club member who hopes to be asking for Your number, please some time in the near future. Barbara Everett Academic Vivacious, fun-loving Barbara, is a peppy cheerleader who has her heart set on earning a nurse's cap. Bobby excels in all sports, though she prefers basketball. She enjoys chemistry and dancing, too. Edward Farmer Academic Lady Godivan Ed, a real wit, quarterbacked the football team, pivoted with agility in basketball, and pitched with V.'s, besides serving on the student council. He plans to take up mechanical engineering at Lafayette. Lorraine Feehan Commercial Lorraine claims that sleeping and eating are her hobbies. As bookkeeper for the cafeteria, she works on numbers that deal with food, but the work affords no time for sleep, but it is good experience for her business future. Joanne Feeser Academic Joanne likes music and enjoys her Work in Miss Baird's choir. Baseball and animals are her hobbies. Madeline Francimore General One of the song birds of Miss Baird's choir, Madeline makes a hobby of collecting photo- graphs and playing baseball. She also enjoys her work in English class. Her career, how- ever, lies in the business field. Jean Fretz General This lively green-eyed lass is an assistant art editor for the Yearbook, and intends to ad- vance her talents as a commercial artist. She especially likes dramatics and knitting. Joan Fromkin Commercial Joan gave a fine portrayal of Dora, the maid, in the Senior Play. Modern Dance and Leader Corps rate high on her list of clubs. She plans to continue her commercial educa- tion at Temple University. Roger Fry Commercial Big Noel commits the perfect crime in raid- ing an icebox. A band and orchestra clarinet specialist, he dances, is a safety club member, but prefers sciences above other studies. He may attend college later. Joseph Gill General A Navy cruise also convinced Joe of the ad- vantages of a seamanls life. Perhaps he and Leo will be buddies on the same ship some day. Joe's easy-going ways will help him weather all storms. Irvin Gillmer Academic Boys' State representative, honor student, sports writer for the Yearbook and local papers, Irv finds chemistry a boon toward science as a future. He is also a track stal- wart and player-manager of the football team. Earl Golden Academic Earl loves to play softball. He is a Brooklyn Dodger fan, has a fine speaking voice and a subtle humor, and reads history novels, but considers chemistry as the best subject in school. Doris Goodwin Commercial This demurely Winsome lass with twinkle toes, uses her dancing ability as a Modern Dance Group member and entertainer.
