Highlights From The Senior News Reel SOPHOMORE YEAR with memories dear of junior highs We sophies came with wsys so wlseg Until as underdogs we learned That such ss we were often spurned. To football games we lightly tripped, Mid yells and screams our cokes we slppedg But homeward bound, we cheneed to meet The juniors lurking in the street. We fledglings gave e party gay, Our budding talents to display. Although the girls desired to dance, The boys were much too shy to prance. when Thsnklgxwing rolled around, 'Big Hearted Herbert' csle to town. One performance was not enough, leny were turned sway in A huff Foraela and flowers, both night and dey When time came for a ruling hand, The boys it seemed were in demand. We infants tossed A springtime spreeg A rippin' ole time for a paltry fee. JUNIOR YEAR Al jsunty juniors we returned To prove to all the worm had turned. Ie were keen and solid too Wisdom end knowledge was gained by few. The leaders of this mighty troupe Had ul jumping thru the hoop. We threw a shindlg ln the fallg Music end laughter filled the hell. lere on our minds in the month of lay. Our junior prom was a huge success, And to our year lt lent finesse. SENIOR YEAR Stately seniors now we were, And mighty proud of it, yes sir. But the horrors of U.S. and chemistry A Kept us continually ln dismay. Swing your gals at the autumn fling Wes the cry we all did sing. It was time for the senior dance. Jeepers! did we ooze romance. Tone of talent won the dey, and gave punch to the senior play. 'Believe lt Or Not' they rolled ln the aisles At the falsette voices and rice ln piles. Though in horror of our last exams, We brushed them off with willing hands. There were :miles end tears end laughs and sighs lhen at last we said our fond good-byes.
