GUIDANCE Mr. Thomas Lott Midst pamphlets and statistics we find our master- mind, Mr. Thomas Lott. As our friend and adviser, he fits his job to a T. Taking our individual personalities into full consideration, he is constantly looking for new ways to help each student. Under the wary eyes of Caesar and Mrs. Adams, the illustrious Latin student forges onward. Four years of Latin are offered at Hamilton with a special unit on Winnie- the-Pooh thrown in. The Latin Banquet adds flavor to the course with its annual appearance, usually in the late fall. Mrs. Adams, Mr. Kappleyea Miss Faucette Once again the halls are filled with inane dialogues as French 1 students take their first steps toward a fluency in a modern language. With aids such as tapes and Mr. Kappleyea, the French students escape the confinement of one tongue and discover the limitations of their vocal cords. 31
