Our Student Council repre- sentative is Skip Fitchen. Shirley Frink and Harry Hadley were added to our class en- rollment this fall. We built the bonfire for the last football game as is traditional for all freshman classes but this year something unusual happened Halloween pranksters burned it down With the help of parents and fellow students, it was soon rebuilt We were given the concession for the St Anthony's game and had a dance afterwards These ventures enlarged our treasury cons1derably In sports the freshman class was very active on both the girls and boys teams Thirteen freshmen tried out for prize speaking making it the largest freshman competition in the history of the school Skip Fitchen and Dietz Kessler won first prizes Plays brought out much freshmen talent also As the year ends we wish all future freshman classes enjoy their year as much as we did ML!! f C7 Celia Hoben Jane Stokes X., X I .-f.w1 'fjl . fi' 'lf P U 1 i' f ,x ..' ,VI X-xx .XA Ki kg? llllzl K ,1 sw we-liar c 'i C'j:-jfbl ...J -iff j,If,f ,, ' pw' m TI!
