Seniors Although we will look forward to beginning a new and exciting life, many tears will be shed at the close of our final year at Ham- burg Area High School. However, we have many wonderful memo- ries to Iill sad moments - classes, school pals, games, activities, our class trip to Washington, the Senior Play, the Prom, or just walking through crowded halls. Everytime we see the colors burgundy and white or the class flower, white carnation with burgundy tint, and hear the class motto, Out of school life into lifeis schoolu, we shall recall those unforgettable years. 16

Lorraine Paulette Adam Business-Secretarial Lorraine, who enjoys bowling and movies, lists her favorite sub- ject as shorthand and her pet peeve as slow drivers. She likes to say, That's hard to taken and also enjoys sports. Calvin Lee Armentrout Academic Cal, the co-editor of High Lights, craves cheezburgers and French fries. His favorite sa ing is Shut yer mouth. He has a strong disliking for drivers who cut corners short. Mary Noel Adam Academic Mary lists French and trig as her favorite subjects, but detests cold weather. She is a member of the hockey team and enjoys swim- ming. Sheryle June Adams Business-Secretarial Sheryle, a member of the Color Guards, lists her likes as short- hand and dancing. She detests slow drivers but craves lobster and shrimp. Really neat. John Perris Althouse Academic John, a member of the soccer and basketball teams, likes almost all sports and is interested in Chemistry. He craves pizza but dislikes teachers that teach from the book. Linda Ann Anspach Academic Linda, one of the quieter mem- bers ofthe senior class, likes P. O. D. and collecting pictures of cats. A member ofthe chorus, she says, g'Mdy word and likes hamburgers an French fries. 17 Michael Saul Adam Industrial Squeak enrolled in the indus- trial course and likes swimming and trig. He likes to eat banana s lits and French fries. He detests sFow drivers. Why should I? Myron Irvin Arndt, Jr. - Vocational Agriculture . Junior, as called by his friends, is a member of the F. F. A. He enjoys hunting but not slow driv- ers. He often says, You,re out of your tree,', and craves hot dogs.
