Junior, Historians I The local Junior Historian chapter is in its fourth year of existence and had an outstanding record In 1971 it was voted the Outstanding Chapter in the state of Texas. Last year it was named as the No 2 Chapter in Texas. The sponsors this year are Mr. I. H. Smith, Mr. Lambrecht, and Mrs. Neyland.
