The candidates for the best OLD MAID and the best OLD BACHELOR were chosen by the Y-Teens, Hi-Y, Pep Club, and H-Club. The winners were selected by penny votes, which were put into iars. The clance was held on November 16, 1956, and persons attending were charged admittance, determined by the length of his foot and charged one cent per inch .
